Mandate contract (paid)
The mandate contract is a legal agreement between the principal (the party granting the mandate) and the agent (the party accepting the mandate), through which the agent commits to carrying out certain legal operations, tasks, or activities on behalf of the principal. The mandate contract is explicitly regulated under the Romanian Civil Code and may involve the agent receiving a fee (remuneration) in exchange for their services.
